Written plainly, because you should be able to read it in two minutes.
You did not sign up for anything. I contacted you because you run a healthcare practice and I built a sample website for it. That email is commercial, and I say so in it.
Your address came from publicly listed business contact information: your own practice website, your Google Business listing, or the US National Provider registry. I do not buy email lists, I do not guess addresses from name patterns, and I never contact personal or patient addresses.
Reply with the word stop, or write to yanis@yanistiam.com. That is enough. You do not need to explain, and there is no unsubscribe form to fill in.
Removal is honoured within one business day and is permanent: your address goes on a suppression list so that no future campaign can reach it again, even by accident.
If you do not reply, everything above is deleted after 90 days, except the suppression list, which I keep permanently for the sole purpose of never contacting you again.
Work involving patient data is covered by a separate written agreement before any of it begins, including a Business Associate Agreement where HIPAA applies in the United States, and the equivalent commitments under Quebec's Law 25 and PIPEDA in Canada.
Write to the address below and ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. I will do it and confirm in writing, at no cost.
